Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP & General Manager, B2B to lead the growth of its independent professionals division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scale revenue to $100M+ and prove the Fount playbook for independent professionals
  • Build a repeatable vertical launch engine starting with the legal sector
  • Own the P&L, pricing, packaging, and growth roadmap for the B2B portfolio
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in the independent/small practitioner market, preferably from companies like Intuit or Shopify
  • Proven track record of scaling a business from early revenue to tens of millions
  • Strong understanding of AI and its application in business growth
  • Experience in building acquisition and conversion strategies for SMBs/solos
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on bold execution and innovation
