Job Summary

B2C Demand Generation Manager, responsible for developing and executing full-funnel demand generation campaigns targeting US consumers, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across various channels to recruit new panelists
  • Design and run A/B tests and maintain dashboards to track recruitment metrics and optimize campaign performance
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing with a B2C focus
  • Proven track record of executing high-volume consumer acquisition campaigns with measurable results
  • Experience managing agency relationships effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in building performance dashboards
  • Expert proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with marketing platforms and AI tools
