Job Summary
Driving B2C demand generation efforts, the full-time remote B2C Demand Generation Manager will develop and execute consumer recruitment campaigns across various channels, manage agency partnerships, and leverage data analytics to optimize performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns targeting US consumers across multiple channels
- Design and run structured A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance and track key recruitment metrics
- Manage external agency partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing with a strong B2C focus
- Proven track record of running high-volume consumer acquisition campaigns with measurable results
- Experience managing agency relationships effectively
- Highly analytical mindset with hands-on experience in building performance dashboards
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with marketing platforms and tools
