Job Summary

Driving B2C demand generation efforts, the full-time remote B2C Demand Generation Manager will develop and execute consumer recruitment campaigns across various channels, manage agency partnerships, and leverage data analytics to optimize performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns targeting US consumers across multiple channels
  • Design and run structured A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance and track key recruitment metrics
  • Manage external agency partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives
Required qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing with a strong B2C focus
  • Proven track record of running high-volume consumer acquisition campaigns with measurable results
  • Experience managing agency relationships effectively
  • Highly analytical mindset with hands-on experience in building performance dashboards
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with marketing platforms and tools
