B2C Marketing Operations Associate

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and execution-focused, the full-time remote B2C Marketing Operations Associate will provide hands-on operational support to the B2C marketing team, assisting with campaign setup, operational tasks, and basic reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the B2C Marketing team by executing pre-defined campaign setup tasks in email and ad platforms
• Complete recurring, process-driven tasks across marketing tools while following established procedures
• Help monitor basic integrations and assist with routine maintenance tasks in the marketing tech stack

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
• 1+ year of experience in a marketing, operations, or coordinator role; internship experience welcome
• Familiarity with email marketing or digital marketing concepts
• Basic proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data pulls and formatting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes consistently
