Job Summary

Starting on October 1st, motivated team players will have the opportunity to engage in a full-time, hybrid Duales Studium Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program at Allianz Trade in Hamburg, where they will gain practical insights into various business departments, including risk management and finance, while alternating between study and work phases.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in a 3-year dual study program with practical training in multiple departments
• Complete a 4-week international internship in the second year at a global location
• Engage in diverse project work and customer meetings to understand company operations

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma (Abitur) with strong academic performance in mathematics, German, and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Curiosity and experience in generative AI and ethical AI solutions are advantageous
• Ability to meet the admission requirements of the Hamburg School of Business Administration (HSBA)
