Job Summary

A company is looking for a Back End AppDev Engineer II with expertise in Golang, MongoDB, and Kafka.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform technology and create digital solutions to enhance member services
• Write code, conduct peer reviews, and collaborate with the Product Owner to translate requirements into technical user stories
• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable applications while contributing to overall solution design and performance tuning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level software development
• Proficiency in Golang, MongoDB, and Kafka
• Experience in application development and software design
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and performance tuning
