Back-End Developer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Back-End Developer II to join their software team focused on media technology and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance scalable services, REST APIs, and state-aware workflows primarily in cloud environments
• Collaborate with front-end developers, Quality Analysts, and Business Analysts to integrate work into cohesive products
• Automate workflows and develop toolsets to improve operations around content flows and media systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Python as a primary programming language; additional experience with Node, Rust, or C# is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in SQL and document database development, including MongoDB
• Experience with workflow engines such as SDVI Rally, Airflow, and Jenkins
• Familiarity with Temporal or comparable code-as-workflow engines
• Ability to work EST hours regardless of location
