Back End Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Back End Engineer: Experiments (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire experimentation process from traffic splitting to revealing results
• Develop the experiments platform for ML/DS teams and implement user-facing features
• Enhance the performance and scalability of services and integrate advanced approaches for A/B tests

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and owning production services with Python
• Experience with monitoring and quality assurance for customer-facing services
• Willingness to engage in the experimental/data analytics domain
• Interest in user interaction with the product beyond technical aspects
• Experience with analytical services or experiment platforms is a plus
