Back End Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance healthcare tools used by millions, the full-time remote Back End Engineer will develop and maintain APIs and backend services in Go, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services and REST APIs in Go for healthcare marketplace features
• Write clean, well-tested code with a focus on performance, maintainability, and security
• Collaborate with frontend engineers and product managers to deliver scalable backend solutions

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience writing backend services in Go
• Experience designing and building REST APIs in production environments
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases and SQL
• Experience with Linux shell commands, scripting, and process control
• Bachelor's Degree
