Back-End Revenue Cycle Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Back-End Revenue Cycle Consultant to provide expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management systems and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical, IT, and administrative leaders to align revenue cycle goals and system capabilities
• Assess and optimize revenue cycle management systems and processes to enhance performance and compliance
• Lead or support the implementation and optimization of revenue cycle technologies and workflows

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in healthcare, business administration, information systems, or equivalent experience
• Relevant Epic certifications (HB and PB) as a Back End Revenue Cycle consultant
• 5+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle operations as a consultant or senior-level analyst
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and systems, including EHRs and patient financial systems
• Familiarity with project management frameworks such as Agile or Scrum is preferred
