Back-End Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing cybersecurity platform, the full-time Back-End Software Engineer will design and implement event-driven services for real-time pentest data processing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate event-driven services that process pentest data in real time
- Translate existing batch-era logic into streaming-friendly designs without losing fidelity
- Set high standards for operational excellence, including SLOs, alerting, and incident response
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in software engineering or a similar role
- Proficiency in Python and/or Go, with experience in large-scale codebases
- Production experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Experience building and operating services in AWS or a comparable cloud environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
