Job Summary
To support client engagement and marketing initiatives, the hybrid Back Office Advisor will manage customer satisfaction by addressing financial concerns, maintaining merchant profiles, and resolving transaction issues related to the ACH Network and Remote Deposit Capture.
Key responsibilities:
- Research, correct, and maintain transactions for successful processing of consumer debits through the ACH Network
- Communicate with merchants to request authorization documentation and address transaction inquiries
- Analyze consumer and merchant issues to identify problems and take corrective actions as needed
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of related Finance or Banking experience
- Knowledge of modern office procedures and record keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel or similar office software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet goals
