Job Summary

A company is looking for a Back Office Analyst, Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts through updates, audits, and reconciliation reporting
  • Complete identity and document verification using fraud detection tools
  • Respond to customer support inquiries and manage cases within the CRM tool
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a data entry or customer-centric role
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with multiple software applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations
