Back Office Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Back Office Analyst responsible for post-trade and financial control activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate CME trades daily, ensuring accuracy across platforms and internal systems
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies and perform reconciliations of positions, balances, and P&L data
• Monitor customer-segregated funds and assist in daily reconciliation to meet regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications and Key Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in back-office, operations, or financial control within a brokerage or trading firm
• Solid understanding of futures and derivatives markets, particularly CME products
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Adaptable mindset comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style brokerage environment
