Job Summary

A company is looking for a Back Office Loan Servicing Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily execution of operational processes for Bankruptcy, SCRA, Hardship, and Recovery Vendor Payment Application
  • Revise and develop process documentation to mitigate operational risk and streamline workflows
  • Directly manage and mentor a team of associates, fostering professional growth and removing roadblocks
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience managing an operations team in financial services or a similar environment
  • Ability to navigate a complex operational environment and manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience with manual, exception-based processes using tools like Google Sheets or Excel
  • General understanding of operational reporting tools such as SQL or Tableau
