Backend API Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend / API Developer (Azure) to support federal modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and modify backend software components and APIs for secure interoperability
• Analyze integration requirements and implement Azure native backend and integration services
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for API behavior and integration logic

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of backend and/or API development experience in enterprise environments
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud development
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as C#/.NET or Python
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience integrating with external systems using a mix of REST and legacy protocols
