Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architecture of the backend platform serving millions of users
• Design and build highly available distributed services in Golang while ensuring scalability and reliability
• Lead code reviews and mentor engineers while collaborating with various teams to meet performance targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of backend engineering & architecture experience with 5+ years in Golang
• Proven track record in designing and operating distributed systems with a deep understanding of networking protocols
• Hands-on experience with VPN protocols and production experience on AWS with container technologies
• Working knowledge of cryptography fundamentals and strong API design skills
