Backend Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a JavaScript/TypeScript Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable backend services and business logic using Node.js and TypeScript
• Integrate with relational and NoSQL data stores
• Develop and manage background jobs, scheduled tasks, and event-driven workflows

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Understanding of security best practices, including authentication and data encryption
• Ability to monitor production systems and troubleshoot performance issues
