Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Engineer for the Social Team.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of systems including design, development, testing, and performance optimization
• Maintain the infrastructure of high-load social services that serve millions of users
• Collaborate with team members on design and implementation while building and maintaining APIs

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one of .NET (C#/F#), Java, Node.js, or Go
• Working experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with serverless technologies and microservice architecture
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Understanding of software engineering best practices
