Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Engineer in multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft high-performance online services at scale focusing on authentication, authorization, and account management
Write distributed systems primarily using Java to handle large-scale challenges
Collaborate with team members to ship solutions and provide feedback on feature development

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of software engineering experience in developing online systems
Hands-on experience with Java, AWS, Redis, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Terraform, and implementing protocols such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and WebAuthn
Extensive experience working collaboratively on large-scale problems and supporting identity, authentication, or account services at scale
Previous experience collaborating with upstream mobile teams and engineers
A user-focused, friendly, pragmatic individual with an innovative mindset
