Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Engineer to build a web platform that integrates AI to assist medical device sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement robust backend services using Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and Elastic
Collaborate with the frontend team to define and implement APIs for the user interface
Lead the design and development of agentic AI architecture for customized user experiences

Required Qualifications

5 years of combined backend and platform engineering experience
Experience building APIs with an interpreted language like Python, Ruby, or JavaScript/TypeScript
Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex
Experience operating agentic AI or LLM-backed features in production
Experience leveraging customer feedback to define and build product features
