Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Engineer specializing in Attribute Enrichment (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable services for enriched items and attributes via a public API
• Develop and optimize the Attribute Enrichment and Badges services, ensuring scalability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage a dedicated database for enriched items and metadata

Required Qualifications

• Strong computer science background with familiarity in networking principles
• Proficiency in Python and backend development patterns
• Experience in designing and maintaining high-load real-time services and public APIs
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with NoSQL and relational databases, and CI/CD pipeline setup
