Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Backend Engineer (US).

Key Responsibilities

Refactor and build backend infrastructure using Python (FastAPI) and manage APIs for iOS applications
Integrate AI and ML systems, managing databases and pipelines for personalization and emotional intelligence
Oversee AWS infrastructure, DevOps practices, and ensure system performance and observability

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development
Experience shipping production backends in high-growth startups
Proficient in Python and modern infrastructure, with experience in .NET
Experience with LLM-based products, particularly in emotional and personalized systems
Strong understanding of systems thinking and infrastructure management
