Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Engineer - Data Platform / AI Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable FastAPI endpoints for data transformation
• Identify and secure access to high-value datasets from various sources
• Design scalable Postgres schemas and lead migrations from legacy data stores

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in building production-quality backend systems
• Expertise in sourcing and managing complex datasets related to zoning and infrastructure
• Deep SQL proficiency, including experience with Postgres and spatial queries
• Experience with migrating from NoSQL to relational schemas
• Hands-on experience with LLM and AI stacks, and designing secure REST or GraphQL APIs
