• Oversee feature development from initial specifications to delivery and mentor junior teammates

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in backend development, preferably with Python and Typescript
• Strong understanding of databases and experience with API development
• Experience with async programming and system design
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally on production-ready systems
• Experience in infrastructure management
