Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member of Technical Staff, Custody (Backend Engineer).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide secure custodial and technology services for digital assets and traditional banking
• Manage and transfer cash, coins, NFTs, and interact with on-chain smart contracts
• Contribute to feature development and bug fixes while learning team practices

Required Qualifications

• Experience in software development with a focus on writing clean, well-tested code
• Ability to deliver quality work iteratively and take ownership of tasks
• Interest in distributed systems and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Experience or knowledge in applied cryptography is a plus
• Familiarity with GraphQL and gRPC API design and implementation is advantageous
