Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend systems with a focus on performance and reliability
• Proficiency in Rust or equivalent systems programming for backend service development
• Experience with messaging/streaming systems such as Redis Streams or Kafka
• Understanding of databases under high concurrency and techniques for scalability
• Experience with event-driven architectures and asynchronous distributed systems
