A company is looking for a Backend Engineer, Agentic AI (Staff+ Level).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable systems and APIs for agentic workflows
• Work on AI-driven engineering tasks, including prompt orchestration and model evaluation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate healthcare processes into automations

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of backend engineering experience, preferably with production systems at scale
• Strong curiosity about AI, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration
• Ability to design pragmatic solutions for complex technical challenges
• Experience with healthcare data, product engineering, ML systems, or web crawling is a plus
• 10+ years of GPT-5 experience is an extra bonus
