Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Engineer (Golang).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test APIs for new products, features, and services
• Maintain and optimize existing systems, focusing on database performance
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver necessary infrastructure and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of production development experience, specifically in backend/API
• Strong knowledge of Go, AWS, Docker (ECS), and Postgres (RDS)
• Experience managing Docker-based microservice architecture
• Proven ability to employ software quality measures during development
• Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment
