Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Back End Engineer (Poland, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and evolve data processing systems by designing and implementing ETL pipelines
• Translate raw insurance and agency data into meaningful metrics for performance insights
• Integrate and maintain multiple data sources, ensuring data consistency across pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Solid experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS
• Experience or strong interest in ETL pipelines and data transformation
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or similar)
• Experience with Docker and Docker-compose
• Ability to communicate effectively in Polish and English
