Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a backend engineer with strong proficiency in Java
• Experience with distributed systems, high-volume services, and production deployment
• Familiarity with APIs, stakeholders, and agile methodologies
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles
• Experience with data pipelines or Scala is a plus
