Backend Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Backend Engineer with expertise in PHP (Symfony), Node.js, and React, who will design and maintain scalable backend services, build and integrate APIs, and develop responsive frontend applications while working onsite in Mexico City.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using PHP (Symfony) and Node.js
• Build and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to ensure application performance and reliability

Required qualifications:

• Strong experience with PHP and the Symfony framework
• Proficiency in Node.js and React
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Strong SQL/RDBMS experience
