Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Backend Engineer will design and develop backend services while debugging applications, analyzing technical problems, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Key responsibilities

Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications
Analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices

Required qualifications

2+ years of development experience in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience
Proficient in C++ (C++ 14 and up)
Understanding of COM fundamentals and experience integrating COM components
Hands-on experience working with Microsoft SQL Server
