Job Summary

To enhance and scale a SaaS platform that marketers love, the full-time Backend Engineer will work remotely to build new functionality, troubleshoot complex challenges, and contribute throughout the full development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new features for the SaaS platform using PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL
  • Troubleshoot and resolve architectural challenges in collaboration with the development team
  • Ensure code quality by writing clean, secure, and scalable code while participating in the full development lifecycle
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of web development experience with a strong server-side development background
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL databases
  • Experience with AWS services such as RDS, S3, SES, EC2, and Route 53
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN
  • Bonus points for experience with Vue.js
