Backend Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a rapidly growing startup, the remote Backend Engineer will focus on leading core product development by building resilient data aggregation infrastructure with third-party websites and APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance data aggregation infrastructure
• Collaborate with the Carrier Integrations team to enhance product capabilities
• Utilize technologies such as Node/Express, Terraform, Ansible, and AWS for infrastructure management

Required qualifications

• Experience with full stack JavaScript, particularly Node.js and Express
• Proficiency in infrastructure management tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure
• Strong background in API integrations and data aggregation techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
