Job Summary
Joining the Coverage team, the full-time Backend Engineer will build and maintain integrations with employment and income data sources, resolve production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve integrations with employment and income data sources
- Investigate and resolve production issues while exploring web and mobile applications
- Write reliable, maintainable Python code and contribute to technical design decisions
Required qualifications
- Experience with Python
- Experience with web scraping, automation, or data extraction
- Good understanding of HTTP, APIs, and client-server communication
- Some experience exploring or debugging web and/or mobile applications
- Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity about system functionality
