Job Summary
Focused on building scalable middle-tier services, the full-time remote Full Stack Backend Engineer Contact Center will develop APIs from scratch and integrate contact center systems with enterprise applications while leveraging Genesys platform experience and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance backend and middleware services for Contact Center platforms
- Develop APIs from scratch, ensuring robust design and functionality
- Integrate contact center systems with internal enterprise applications
Required Qualifications
- Experience in backend development using TypeScript, Python, or JavaScript
- Strong API development skills, specifically in designing and building REST/event-driven APIs
- Hands-on experience with Contact Center platforms, preferably Genesys
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and deployment pipelines
