Key Responsibilities

• Lead the backend engineering strategy for scalability, reliability, and user experience
• Architect, design, and implement APIs and data pipelines for blockchain integrations
• Mentor and coach backend engineers while ensuring adherence to best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in backend development, with 2+ years in a lead or senior role
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Go, Rust, or Python
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, API design, and blockchain architecture
• Experience with databases and event-driven systems
