Backend Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
To support the implementation of healthcare data solutions, the full-time Backend Implementation Specialist will manage data setup and integrity, coordinate EHR and EMR integration, and execute data manipulation tasks using Excel and Google Sheets, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and validate patient rosters and eligibility data for new clinics, ensuring data integrity before go-live
- Document and troubleshoot EHR and EMR access and data flows, maintaining clear documentation of each clinic's systems
- Manipulate large datasets with precision and build validation tools to identify and resolve data quality issues
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years in data, operations, implementation, or analyst roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including data validation methods and custom formulas
- Experience with enterprise password management platforms for secure credential management
- Ability to document and map data fields and workflows to support automation and system integrations
- High fluency in AI tools and their application in professional workflows
