Backend Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

To support the infrastructure that ensures reliable data collection, the full-time Backend Infrastructure Engineer will manage systems against aggressive defenses, maintain the proxy layer, and enhance throughput and reliability in a hybrid or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure for scalable data collection
• Improve success rates against sites with aggressive defenses
• Debug and resolve intermittent failures across the stack

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in backend, networking, or infrastructure engineering
• Experience with networking, proxies, or high-throughput backend systems
• Ability to own a system end to end and maintain it in production
• Relentless focus on reliability in complex problem spaces
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and iterative processes
