Backend SDET

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative insurance solutions, the full-time remote Backend SDET will ensure API components function according to customer needs, create and execute tests, and develop automation frameworks using Python and related tools.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in agile methodologies, scrum meetings, and software quality audits throughout the SDLC
• Design and implement robust test automation frameworks and execute integration, regression, and performance testing
• Collaborate across teams to drive quality initiatives and mentor other quality engineers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, plus 5 years of relevant experience
• 4 years of experience with Backend/API and test management tools like TestRail
• 3 years of experience in Python programming, Linux, SQL/PostgreSQL, and Jira
• 2 years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD integration
• 1 year of experience with AWS
