Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer (Rust) - Backend.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a cloud-native analytical database system for multimodal data using Rust and Apache Arrow
• Design, implement, and ensure the scalability, reliability, and observability of the data-intensive system
• Handle specialized queries and domain-specific operators related to multimodal logs

Required Qualifications

• Experience with async Rust in production environments
• Deep understanding of system layers and hardware abstractions
• Experience in building highly scalable data-intensive systems
• Familiarity with query planning, push-down filtering, and query optimization
• Experience deploying and operating complex systems in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
