Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer (Backend) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and build the core product as part of the engineering team
• Take ownership of outcomes, supporting and growing them through iteration, documentation, and bug fixes
• Collaborate with the product team to define features aligned with company goals and values

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend development experience
• Expertise in Python, preferably with Django framework experience
• Strong record of building and delivering web applications
• Expertise in modern infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, CircleCI) preferred but not required
• Understanding of modern software development practices (Gitflow, continuous integration, peer reviews)
