Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Engineer to design, build, and scale their SaaS-based business intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver backend features
• Designs and implements scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Writes and maintains unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and performance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on backend development experience in a SaaS environment
• Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot, with knowledge of backend system design
• Experience with MongoDB and familiarity with relational databases
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and backend system observability
