Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign and modernize the Zap creation experience with performance and scale in mind
• Build systems that proactively detect and explain errors in user workflows
• Develop and maintain the execution engine to handle millions of daily runs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, focusing on backend systems
• Experience with Python and Django for building reliable APIs and backend services
• Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience working with APIs and integrations, including RESTful APIs and webhooks
• Comfortable using AI tooling and eager to learn about new technologies
