Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Software Engineer to lead the design and implementation of its Voice Agent product.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve core inference services including networking, speech processing, and observability
• Develop integrations with in-house, third-party, and open-source AI models
• Debug complex system issues and customize backend services to meet customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an industry role
• Programming experience in Rust (or C, C++) and competence in Python
• High level of experience with version control, preferably git
• Comprehensive experience with UNIX-style systems
