Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Backend (SDE2) to contribute to the development of backend systems for a B2B sales platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and optimization of backend services for resilience, performance, and scalability
• Assist in integrating applications and services within AWS and Kubernetes, utilizing tools like Flux and Argo
• Support the use of Terraform or AWS CDK to manage and orchestrate cloud infrastructure components

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in software development with a strong foundation in Java and Spring Boot
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform/CDK
• Proven experience in designing and scaling complex enterprise applications
• Demonstrable experience with ElasticSearch and PostgreSQL
• Tactical thinker with technical expertise aligned with business goals
