Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join a team building tools for General Contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product team to develop features for a new product area
• Create integrations with third-party systems and evaluate potential partners
• Design APIs in cooperation with frontend and mobile developers and participate in technical discussions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience as a backend or product engineer
• Experience leading multi-month projects from design to launch
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and hands-on experience with AWS
• Strong understanding of user experience in backend development
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Angular is a plus
