Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer II, Backend (Merchant Advocacy).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and expand the backbone of the platform to scale for numerous global merchants
• Align project scopes with other teams for cross-team collaboration
• Execute technical strategies for complex requirements and improve engineering standards and processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design and distributed systems
• Experience with data models, API design, and event-driven architecture
• Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems using AWS, gRPC, Kotlin, Python, and MySQL
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
