Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

To build seamless cross-border payments involving both crypto and fiat currencies, the full-time Backend Software Engineer will develop and maintain services for crypto payment infrastructure, collaborating with product teams and advocating for effective solutions in a hybrid/remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product team to iterate quickly and deliver impactful results
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders across the business
• Develop high-quality, future-proof products while contributing to engineering culture and standards

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer, preferably in the FinTech industry
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot
• Proven ability to design, architect, debug, test, and document code effectively
• Production experience with asynchronous messaging and microservices
• Good understanding of financial services, particularly in banking, payments, or crypto
